Reinventing Stem Cell Therapy As an
Affordable Accessible Treatment By Nanotechnology

Regenerative Biologics
CYTONEXT is the next step in the evolution of regenerative biologics, developed from our proprietary technology to isolate extracellular vesicles and nano-particles, known as secretomes. Research into the therapeutic potential of secretomes has enabled our scientists to replicate the anti-inflammatory, pro-angiogenic and trophic effects of Mesenchymal Stem Cells without the need for the cells themselves.
Secretomes
MSC secretomes consist of a complex array of soluble molecules, that together create a microenvironment that is suitable for cellular regeneration. Secretome-based therapies have emerged as a promising approach to overcome the limitations associated with cell-based therapies. CYTONEXT delivers secretomes produced in our ISO certified EU GMP standard laboratory by an atomizer through inhalation.
Cell Regeneration
CYTONEXT secretomes inhaled through the air passage reach millions of blood capillary-enriched air-sacs (alveoli) in the lungs. These nano-molecules are easily absorbed into the bloodstream and body cells which then respond to the therapeutic signals released to initiate cellular regeneration.

CYTONEXT Production

CYTONEXT is manufactured in a certified clean room environment (EU-GMP Grade / ISO Class 7 BS EN ISO 14664-1:1999), equipped with state-of-the-art cell culture, genomic and proteomic analyses equipment. Our laboratory has been certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau.

CYTONEXT production is a 42 days process cycle with a limited quantity of nanomolecules manufactured to ensure the highest quality following stringent operational procedures.
